  • Onboarding and induction.
  • Setting up new HR (including large-scale recruitments) , IR, Admin, and Security departments of Greenfield projects (the Director has set up the best of HR & IR and related systems and smooth licensing etc. of five new green field projects).

  • Setting up grades, compensation & benefits bands including performance linked pay), grades etc. to suit the specific needs of Client organization with a view to obtaining the best harmony and productivity at a reasonable cost to the company because not only the quantum but the structure of compensation also matters.

Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Designing and implementing a PMS appropriate to suit the unique needs of an organization. This includes choosing a different set of parameters and formats distinct for a separate category of employees.

  • Annual increments and promotions link the same to the objectively measurable performance of each employee together with the whole of the department, achievement of overall business goals of the organization, profitability(after various set offs), industry cum region norms and other relevant factors.

Training & Development

Coordinating/conducting need-based in-house/external training programs e.g. Behavioural Event Interviewing (BEI)/Competency skills for better recruitment.
