Union/LTS

Statutory Compliances

  • Compliance under various Acts e.g.
  • Factories Act – Notification of Manager  and  Occupier, accidents reporting and follow up action, initial registration and subsequent renewal of licence, shift timings, weekly off,holidays,notices,overtime etc.
  • Labour Laws-Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Equal remuneration Act
  • Maternity Benefits Act
  • Workmen (Employees) Compensation Act-Applicability and payment of compensation through the Commissioner in case accidental death or disability while on duty.
  • Contract Labour Management – registration, returns, compliances by contractors, maintenance of records, areas of deployment etc.
  • Inter State Migrant Labour Act-Registration/Licence and subsequent actions.
  • Shops and Commercial Establishment Act- Registration and subsequent actions.
  • Employees P.F.Act – Timely contributions, liability in respect of contractors contribution, inspections, enquiry under section 7-A, pension etc. in case of death of a member etc.
  • ESI Act – Applicability, contributions, benefits to employees and how to handle defaults/delay in contributions etc.

  • Effective handling of any Labour Laws related Court cases.
  • Handling any kind of proceedings before ALC, Dy.LC & the Labour Commissioner.

Providing legal opinion on the basis of legal provisions and decided case laws through telephone-mail and in writing.
